Solid rural house in a village close to two rivers!
The house is in a village situated 35 km far from the city of Pleven and only 20 km far from the river of Danube. There is another, smaller river passing by the village. A lot of people go hunting and of course fishing in the area. The views surrounding the village are beautiful.
The house is in a great condition. There is one floor with three rooms and a corridor. There is also a semi floor where the basement is, together with two more rooms. Water and electricity are available.
Outside in the yard there are some additional buildings that are built. The plot of land is 1500 sq. m large. There is also an outside summertime kitchen built in addition to the house.
