Charming house with a beautiful view! Peaceful village only 10 km away from the town of YAMBOL and 130 km away from the Black Sea. The village is situated only 10 km away from the town of Yambol and at the foot of the marvelous hill Bakadjik and just 130 km away from the lovely town of Burgas.
It is located in a beautiful plain and is in a pretty warm neighbourhood. The house is situated at the end of the village .It is a one -storey house with a basement. This property consists of a corridor, a kitchen and three bedrooms. The walls are made of bricks and there are aluminum windows. The house is provided with electricity, there is running water outside and inside the house, there is no telephone line but it has possibility to install it. The toilet and the septic tank are inside the house. The bathroom is inside too. In fact, the house is refurbishing at the very moment.
