Take advantage of our next offer and purchase a cheep house at the foot of the West Stara Planina Mountain near the lovely town of Vratza. The area offers wonderful opportunities for fishing and hunting and picturesque landscapes. You should see the so called God’s bridge - nature phenomenon not far from the village, or the caves of Ledenika and Zmeyova dupka near Vratza. The nature is gorgeous and you’ll really like it.
The village is small and well organized. The house is solid but it hasn’t been recently maintained and needs repairs to become fit to live in. our local workers could do all repairs required including relocation of the toilet and building a bathroom.
The house is one storey with a basement. Three rooms spread on 70 sq.m living area. Running water and electricity are available and telephone line could be installed upon your request. Some additional agricultural buildings are included in the property. If you want to enlarge the yard and you don’t need the structures you could demolish them. The whole garden that goes with the house is 2000 sq.m. It is planted with vines and fruit trees and two pine trees in front of the house that give a special charm to the property!
