This lovely unfinished villa is situated at the end of a small tranquil village near the town of Yambol. The area is well developed and not so far from the seaside – about 100 sq.m is the distance between Yambol and the city of Burgas where the International Airport is. The conditions for fishing are excellent as the wide river Tundzha flows nearby. Hunting is also possible.
