Bulgaria - the most prefered among Russian buyers

Bulgaria remains the most preferred destination among the Russians for buying a property abroad.

According to the data on one of the leading Russian real estate portals, information about property in Bulgaria was searched by almost 22% from all potential buyers, after Bulgaria are ranked Germany with a little bit more than 9% and Spain with 6.8%.

The interest for real estate in Check Republic indicates increase compared to the month of June, as the experts were predicting. While the interest to the real estate markets in Finland and the United States of America for second consequent month indicates decrease.

The other countries in top 10 are Italy, Montenegro, Turkey and Egypt, outside of the chart remain Croatia, Hungary, the United Kingdom and Australia.
