Technopolis Pernik Breaks Ground

The first-sod ceremony of the new Technopolis outlet in Pernik took place on March 25, sgrada.com reported. The future retail unit will be located at 21 Kiril and Metodii Str, near Elena Georgieva sewing factory.

The outlet will have a gross actual area of 6 500 sq m, about 2 000 sq m of which is allocated for retail space. There will be more than 100 parking places.

Investment is estimated at 5 million leva. Stroyconsult Ltd is the main contractor of the project, opening is scheduled for July.
