It is in a village just 35 km far from the city of Pleven and only 20 km away from the Danube. There is another river that passes by the village.
The house has one floor with 4 rooms, a basement and an attic. It is provided with water and electricity. The building is well maintained and in a good condition. There won’t be much to reconstruct because it needs just a little refreshment.
The house goes together with a plot of land which is 3000 sq. m big. There are additional buildings in the yard too.
