Our next suggestion from this region is of a 2 storey house in a village which is only 20 km far from the town of Pazardjik which is located on the left bank of the river Maritza, near the place of the market of the region. The favorable geographic position of the settlement-an important crossroad in the centre of a productive region- helped for its quick development. The area is extremely suitable for rural tourism and the beautiful surroundings will leave you breathless!!! The region also offers opportunity for investments in tourism, mineral water bottling, raw minerals quarry, food processing, wood processing and many more activities.
The Rila Mountain and the Sredna Gora Mountain meet there and reveal a magnificent view. If you are a lover of hiking you should visit them. The Rila Mountain is famous for the Seven lakes and the ski resort Borovetz. The Sredna Gora Mountain itself boasts of the Rose Valley. In addition there are some spa resorts nearby like Kostenetz, Velingrad and Banja. Their mineral water cures different diseases. If you are keen on fishing you can go to the nearest rivers or artificial lakes of Topolnitza and Belmeken.
The house is stone and brick build and very solid. It needs some work in order to become habitable. There are 3 rooms in the house as total: one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The situation and the number can be easily changed though. We could recommend good and experienced workers for all the building work. The bathroom and the toilet have to be relocated as well.Water, electricity and telephone line are provided in the house!
