We offer to you a large two storey house situated in a small pretty village at the foot of the West Stara Planina Mountain only 25 km from the town of Vratza. The region is famous for its picturesque nature. Mountain hills, waterfalls, caves, rivers, woods and lakes are combined in the most attractive way to fascinate you at the first glance. There are excellent conditions for fishing, hinting and mountaineering so you could be sure for your full relaxation and recreation.

The house we suggest you is large enough for a big family. It comprises of 120 living area and six rooms – three on each floor. An outer staircase leads to the second floor.
Running water and electricity are available and telephone line could be installed upon your request. The house is in sufficiently good condition but some little refreshment would make it more comfortable.
The property is approachable through an asphalt road and you could build a garage next to the house. The garden is about 1000 sq.m large and it goes with an additional agricultural structure.
