The Spanish construction giant "Europea" will invest around 300 million euro in the establishment of a logistic centre in the Bulgarian town of Polski Trumbesh, informed the mayor Georgi Chakurov. One of the main factors for the Spanish company to choose the town is its strategic location.The area of the centre will be altogether 300 decares. Polski Trumbesh municipality and "Europea" plan on creating a joint venture, which to construct 720 storehouse bases on 1 and 2 floors, offices an 4000 park places for the clients.The access to the storehouses of the logistic centre will be 24 hours. Restaurants, banks offices are also to be built in the centre.An agreement memorandum on the deal has already been prepared. The next step is to change the purpose of the land on which the logistic centre is to be established, write "Yantra today".A decision for the joint venture is to be taken by the Municipal council . The mayor Georgi Chakurov hopes the realization of the project to start by the end of the year.The construction giant has already one completed similar project in Bulgaria, close to the town of Elin Pelin.
