50 storey skyscraper to be built in Sofia

A building with 250 meters height might decorate the Sofia's downtown. In the skyscraper are predicted 50 office floors, three levels trade areas and three more levels underground parkings as well as about 30 expensive apartments - 250 - 300 square meters each, with great views towards the city and the Vitosha mountain

The project will be represented on the property exhibition in Khan from 10th to 13 of March 2011.

An insipiration for building the skyscraper was given by the rosetta found in Pliska. The skyscraper will be with total built up area of 40 000 square meters and will clean the athmosphere so that in the offices people will breath clean mountain air. The negotiations for the building plot for the project are held with a private owner and the Sofia municipality who own 1000 square meters each near the hotels Hemus and Kempinsky.
