7% Raise Of Tourism Incomes In 2008
7-8% raise of incomes from tourism is expected for this year, the State Tourism Agency chairman Anelia Ktushkova announced.

The tourism incomes for the last year are 2, 284 billions EUR, which makes 10% more than the common amount for 2006.

The income from foreign tourists for the first 3 months of the present year is 291, 4 million EUR, which is 15% more compared to the same period of 2007.
Including month April, the foreigners who have visited Bulgaria becomes 20% more than for the same period in 2007.
One of the biggest problems of tourism branch is the service, Krushkova admitted. She appealed towards business to assure better payment for the employed in the sector, in order not to lose staff.
