Benchmark sells the right to build on the beach in Kyustendil

The right to build on the previous swimming pool complex in Kyustendil is offered for sale by "Benchmark Fund Real Estate"

On a press conference today the mayor of Kyustendil - Petar Paunov commented that the amount of 1 250 000 levs is much more reasonable than the initially announced price.

"We are looking for investors and will cooperate for the negotiations with Benchmark announced the mayor Paunov.

There are not penalty fees or actions taken in regards to not completed commitments and the condition of the beach complex. The municipality sold the right to build on the terrain during 2006. At the time Benchmark paid 891 891 levs and received 5 year right to build on the plot.
