Spanish company invests 300 million euro in logistics center in Polski Trambesh

The Spanish building giant " Europea" will invest around 300 million euro in new logistics center in Polski Trambesh announced the mayor Georgi Chakarov. Among the main factors for the decision of the Spanish company is the strategic location of the town.

The area of the logistics center covers the total of 300 000 square meters. Municipality Polski Trambesh and "Europea" consider the creation of combined company. It will built 720 one and two storey storage spaces, offices and more than 4000 parking places for the customers. The access to the storage facilities in the logistics center will be available 24 hours 7 days a week.

Included in the project is building servicing restaurants, center for communal services and a bank saloon.

A memorandum of agreement for the deal is already prepared, the next step is changing the status of the land on which the new logistics center will be built. The decision for creating the combined company is pending.

"I hope that by the end of the year we will begin with the building works" stated the mayor of Polski Trambesh - Georgi Chakarov.

The building giant already has completed a similar project in Bulgaria in close proximity to the town of Elin Pelin.

The start of the solar power energy plant is being prepared. It is going to be built near the village of Klimentovo. Investors in the project are the Sweden company Natura Elements and the factory for eco-panels in Polski Trambesh.
