Yesterday in Bourgas was established a share holders company, which will work on the realization of one of the biggest projects on the Bulgarian black sea coast, known as Super Bourgas project.
With the establishment of the share holders company actually is given the start of the ambitious project. The project projects to open the city to the sea, by constructing passenger port and yacht marina. Signing the establishment protocol was made in-front of the minister of transport Peter Mutafchiev and the financial minister Plamen Oresharski. The document was signed by the transport minister and the mayor of Bourgas Dimitar Nikolov and Pavel Marinov, representative of the management team of Super Bourgas.
The capital of the company is 500 000 levs separated in equal shares of 20% among the share holders. The initial capital will be used for preparing a legal analyze and preliminary survey, the rest of the funds will be acquired by public private partnership, the Bulgarian bank for development and program Jesica of the European Union. Only the planning of the magnificent project will cost 5 million euro. Minister Mutafchiev did no engage himself with concrete numbers for the construction and the realization of the project, as the financial analyze is not completed yet. The transport minister said that he does not see any hindrances and problems for the next government to continue the realization of the Super Bourgas project. The mayor of Bourgas - Dimiter Nikolov said that the project will give a very good head start of the development not only of Bourgas but the whole black sea coast and the region around Bourgas.
