There is no crisis in Sunny Beach

Sunny Beach is again the most visited Bulgarian resort despite the crisis, announced Ivalina Yankova - one of the managers of the biggest hotel union in the Bulgarian black sea resort.

On average 85% to 90% of the hotels are full with tourists at the moment, there is no available accommodation for August. In general the occupancy of hotel rooms during this season is about the same as last year.

There is even more tourists visiting the resort but their stay in the resort is shorter. The biggest number of tourists in the hotels of the union are from Germany. Significantly is increased during this summer season the number of the tourists coming from Israel.

There is increase in the tourist flow from Romania, Hungary, Poland. In Sunny Beach on vacation are coming tourists from Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Moldova and the Baltic Republics. We have a lot of tourists who are visiting Sunny Beach for second, third and even fourth consequent year, explained from the union.
