Bulgaria And Latvia Have The Highest Inflation Rates In The Eu
Bulgaria and Latvia have the highest annual inflation rate in March reaching respectively 14,2% and 16,6 %, Rosbalt reports Eurostat data.
According to Eurostat the inflation level in Lithuania is 11,4%, in Estonia 11,2%, Romania almost 9%, the Czech Republic 7%, Hungary 6,7% and Slovenia 6,6%,.
The lowest inflation rates were marked in the Netherlands 2%, Great Britain 2,5%, Portugal 3%, and Sweden 3,2%.
The average annual inflation in all EU state - member is 3.8% in March. Last year the same percentage was 2,3%.
