Forum On Real Estate Frauds In Sofia

National conference on the topic "Real estate frauds - problems and counteraction" with the participation and under the patronage of the Bulgarian president Georgi Parvanov will be held in the building of the Union of the jurists.A discussion on "The higher education and the university science" will start with the participation of the president.The discussion will be conducted in the National palace of culture in the framework of the forum "Bulgarian debates". Representatives of state institutions and competent bodies, rectors of higher institutions, of the Bulgarian academy of science, nongovernmental organizations and experts have been invited to take part in the event.
