New Construction In Bulgaria Decreases In Price

The decrease of the prices of real estate, new construction, in Bulgaria is within 10-15 percent compared to 2008 prices.This was announced at a press conference today by Teodora Dimitrova, manager for Bulgaria and Romania in the European network of real estate companies ERA, cited by BTV.The greatest is the decrease in the offer values of real estate in construction, of panel real estate and village realty, in which at some locations the decrease compared to last year is 30-40%, the data shows.Most significant is the decrease of new construction with act 16.Only luxury and extremely quality real estate, whose owners are not in a hurry with, keep the same price levels, Dimitrova informs.Bulgaria takes the 3rd place after Romania and Lithuania on percentage of private real estate ownership.
