Spanish Mtm Grup Invests In Production Plants, Residential Area In Bulgaria

Spanish MTM Grup has declared its interest in developing a construction materials plant near Plovdiv and a residential compound in Bobov dol.

The Spanish company signed a contract with Bulgarian transport company Assarel Trans Ltd from Panagyurishte on January 23 for consultancy services and draft the construction plans for the plant, which would be eligible for EU funding.

Local authorities and company representatives will hear proposals from a working group on February 29.

MTM Grup’s projects in Bulgaria include the construction of a bus-assembly works and a car-body manufacturing plant.

They will also work on developing the Kyustendil’s zoning plan after the widely-touted EU funds are granted.

MTM Grup is a group of companies working in areas like legal and tax consultancy, corporate finance, architectural projects, interior and exterior design and large-scale engineering projects such as airport terminals, stations and railroads.
