The average volume of drawn credits for the purchase of real estate in February is 36 100 Euro, according to data by the consultancy company "Credit Center".This is a slight increase compared to January, when the average amount of credit for real estate was 34 207 Euro.Most active in drawing credits at the moment are people, who have economized funds of over 40% of the value of the property.Nearly 73% of the drawn credits are in the range of 30-50 thousand Euro. Credits over 70 000 Euro for real estate are no longer drawn, "Credit Center" report. There are no longer credits, which cover the entire value of the property and only 4,4% are 70-80% of the price of the property.The average amount of the consumer credit for the country is 8748 Euro.
